This is an easy and favorite recipe of mine to make. It is based off Giada's white bean recipe, with a few tweaks.
Ingredients
- 2 (15-ounce) can white beans, drained and rinsed
- 5 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- fresh rosemary
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper
First heat the olive oil in a pan (do not boil) and add two fresh sprigs of rosemary to the pan. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes to infuse the flavor.
Lastly, put the mixture into a serving dish and decorate with an additional sprig of rosemary.
Enjoy with pitas, crackers, fresh veggies etc!
